御堂筋に面した大型ウィンドーには、夜になると歩行者の動きに合わせて画像が変化するインタラクティブなムービーが映し出され、洋服のウィンドーディスプレイと最新のデジタルテクノロジーが、街ゆく人々に新鮮な驚きや感動をもたらしています。
そして、大きく開かれた扉から店内に一歩足を踏み入れると、エアアロマがオリジナルに調香した香り「TAE ASHIDA」が300㎡の開放的な空間に広がります。
柑橘の瑞々しくフレッシュな印象の中に、フローラルの華やかさと個性的なスパイシーさが独特なコントラストをプラスしています。フランス人デザイナーによるフレンチシックなエスプリあふれる空間でありながら、什器や家具はすべてオリジナルの日本製にこだわったブティックだからこそ引き立つ、アンバランスさが調和した香りが、来店されるお客様に特別な体験を提供します。

Branding for the Senses at Boutique Ashida Midosuji with Scents
In 1984, Boutique Ashida Midosuji was one of the first shops to open along the famous Midosuji Boulevard in Osaka, a street now lined with luxury brand stores. On August 26th of this year, the store celebrated a grand reopening after undergoing a complete renovation.
Newly installed in the large windows facing Midosuji Boulevard are interactive screens that react to the movements of passersby. Shoppers pause in surprise and delight upon experiencing the latest in technology in a window display.
Once inside the grand doors of the boutique, guests are welcomed with the scent of Air Aroma’s original “TAE ASHIDA”, which expands throughout the vast 3200-square foot space. A juicy and refreshing citrus fragrance is evened out with a floral elegance and unique spicy scent. This makes it a suitable match for a “French chic” space that has been designed by a French designer, with original fixtures and furniture made entirely in Japan. Like its surroundings, the two seemingly contrasting elements blend seamlessly in the welcoming scent.
The delicate combination of Eastern and Japanese aesthetics, along with the mix of tradition and innovation, creates a powerful expression of the complex layers of the women for which the clothes are made.

In a world overflowing with fast fashion and disposable objects, designer Tae Ashida of the brand TAE ASHIDA continues to introduce the intricacies of Japanese creation. To celebrate her 25th anniversary, a short documentary titled Embellir has been unveiled. Directed by actor Takumi Saito, the film depicts the moment a design is born, shining a spotlight on the designer’s passion and unmatched worldview.
